Class Description:
This class is designed for students who have completed the Practical Chinese for Beginners-I Chinese Courses, or who have the equivalent Chinese background. The textbook for this course is "Practical Chinese for Beginners - II.”

Children Programs 青少年课程
We offer Chinese language (Mandarin普通话) and culture classes and clubs to local schools. We have highly qualified Chinese teachers who can provide the best Chinese language and culture training in the Valley.
We use creative methods to inspire students' interest in Chinese language and culture. Our teaching begins with numbers, simple characters, easy dialogue, Chinese songs, and fairy tale stories. We then play games to help children to retain and better understand these lessons. We also integrate Chinese cultural experiences into our teachings; for instance, we provide Chinese dumplings to the students at the end of each quarter because having dumplings for the New Year is an important part of Chinese culture.

Adult Language and Culture Trainings 成人中国文化语言课程
Our adult language and culture training programs currently have two levels.

Beginner level 初级班: a typical session runs for 8 weeks. We use our unique "situation based" language and culture training methodology to maximize the students learning efficiency. We developed our own training material. The goal is 1) to build up a basic vocabulary sufficient for basic conversation in Mandarin. 2) To be able to read and write some limited Chinese characters (simplified). 3) to gain a basic understanding of Chinese culture. We can offer this level training with minimum 5 students. We do not allow more than 15 students in this class.

Standard rate is $50 per hour for each individual. Group rate available. Please contact us for details.
